Nilesh is a results-driven investment and wealth management strategist with over twenty years in the financial sector across the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent. His track record includes creating stakeholder value, managing complex investment vehicles, and running multi-million dollar portfolios — as a skilled negotiator who builds strategic alliances and lasting client partnerships, and an entrepreneur with strong technical, analytical, and regulatory grounding.

He is not a recruiter who learned the sector. He was the relationship manager at Credit Suisse and the financial advisor at Merrill Lynch; he built and ran his own regulated advisory business; and he has served as a Chief Investment Officer and board member. He now recruits for the industry he spent his career inside.
